In this role you will have direct interaction with Product Support's ASDS customers. The programs cover a range of sustainment activity including Engineering, Logistics, Repair, and Refurbishment services for ASDS programs primarily in the EWR community.\r\nThis position will be located ONSITE, in Woburn, MA.\r\nThis role is not eligible for relocation benefits.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nInherits full accountability and authority for leading and managing assigned programs and proposals.\r\nSets program strategy and tactical direction for execution by multifunctional teams and is personally responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs.\r\nPursue and capture new business from existing customers, or from new customers in new pursuits as assigned. These programs and pursuits require familiarity with the following areas: Training, logistics, field engineering operations, and proposal generation.\r\nLeader for coordinating, generating, and costing proposals.\r\nPrimary contact with customers and will interface regularly with internal support organizations, suppliers, and subcontractors.\r\nQualifications You Must Have\r\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.\r\nExperience leading multi-functional teams from proposal development through contract award and program completion, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.\r\nExperience understanding of Cost Plus, Fixed Price, and Time & Material contract types, along with required financial reporting standards.\r\nExperience with Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and related program management tools and metrics.\r\nExperience with scheduling, coordinating, and leading interactions with external customers while driving CONOPs, requirements, staffing plans, and procurement activities.\r\nPMX Certification Level 7 required, Level 6 within 6 months\r\nQualifications We Prefer\r\nDemonstrated leadership managing sustainment efforts.\r\nDemonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for program and/or technical requirements and growth opportunities.\r\nSolid interpersonal and customer relationship skills with demonstrated experience in building and managing potentially discontinuous and difficult relationships.\r\nExcellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Project and Earned Value Management System.\r\nExperience in operating in a CMMI Level 3 and greater organization.\r\nExperience in several of the following: Repair services, complex system refurbishment, OCONUS deployment.\r\nExperience with RLPM structure.\r\nPMX Certification Level 7 required, Level 6 within 6 months\r\nWhat We Offer\r\n:\r\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
