Purpose.\nJob Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Mentorship (80%)\nBe a Hands-On Contributor: Actively write, test, and deploy high-quality code in Java and React, leading by example.\nDrive Technical Design: Lead architectural and design discussions for new features within your pod's domain, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nUphold Code Quality: Champion engineering best practices by performing thorough code reviews, promoting effective testing strategies, and maintaining a high bar for quality.\nMentor Your Pod: Coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow their technical skills and unblocking them when they encounter difficult challenges\nDelivery & Execution (20%)\nEnsure Predictable Delivery: Take ownership of the pod's sprint commitments. Proactively identify risks and dependencies and communicate status clearly to the Engineering Manager.\nObtain a Google Professional certification (ex.
