Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Lead Carpenter to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in framing, trim work, and cabinetry, and will excel in leading crews and ensuring top-notch quality. As a Project Lead Carpenter, you will lead a team of skilled carpenters, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in various carpentry disciplines and construction processes will drive the success of each project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews on multiple projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications. Install high-end cabinetry and intricate trim work with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks like siding installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and plastering. Coordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and crew members. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry, with a focus on framing, trim, and cabinetry. Strong leadership and site and project management skills. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to construction painting, plumbing systems, electrical wiring, masonry work and heavy equipment operation.
