Martial Arts Instructor

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and experience working with students of various ages. This role involves teaching martial arts techniques, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive learning environment. Candidates with experience in sports coaching, childcare, or teaching physical education are highly encouraged to apply. The instructor will play a vital role in helping students develop discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere. Duties Conduct martial arts classes focusing on techniques such as Karate, Judo, and other disciplines Develop lesson plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups Demonstrate proper form and techniques to students while ensuring safety protocols are followed Manage classroom behavior and motivate students to achieve their personal best Incorporate physical activities like swimming, climbing, basketball, cheerleading, or other sports to enhance overall fitness Provide guidance on behavior management and encourage positive social interactions Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a clean and organized training environment Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning Experience Prior experience in martial arts instruction or coaching is preferred, especially in Brazilian- Jujitsu, Karate, Taekwon Do, Judo, or similar disciplines Background in lifeguard experience, sports coaching, or teaching physical education is advantageous Experience working with children or students in a health club or gym setting is desirable Knowledge of behavior management techniques and child development principles Demonstrated ability to teach diverse age groups and skill levels in martial arts or related physical activities Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively Join our team as a Martial Arts Instructor to inspire students through martial arts training while fostering discipline, confidence, and physical health.
