This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, staged, and delivered to support manufacturing schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and working within a fast-paced production environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with inventory reconciliation activities and annual physical inventory counts.\nPick, stage, and issue materials to support production and manufacturing operations.\nProcess material transfers, returns, and inventory transactions while maintaining accuracy and traceability.\nReceive, inspect, store, and distribute incoming materials and supplies.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies.\nMaintain organized inventory locations and ensure accurate inventory records.\nSupport shipping, receiving, packaging, and general warehouse activities.\nFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n4+ years of warehouse, inventory, material handling, or related experience.\nExperience with shipping & receiving, inventory management, and material movement processes.\nAbility to read and follow written instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.\nComfortable using computers, ERP systems, warehouse management software, and handheld scanners.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.\nFrequent bending, reaching, and lifting of materials.\nAbility to safely lift and move warehouse materials as needed.\nPreferred Skills\nMaterial Handling\nInventory Control\nShipping & Receiving\nPackaging & Packing\nProduction Support\nWarehouse Operations\nERP/Warehouse Management Systems\nCycle Counting & Inventory Reconciliation\n\nJob Type & Location\n\nThis is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.\n\nPay and Benefits\n\nThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.\n\nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.\n\nEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
