The caseload is steady, the practice is stable, and the firm offers a long runway to grow.What You'll DoManage a general liability defense caseload from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryAttend depositions, mediations, and case evaluationsHandle third-party defense matters including premises liability, auto accident defense, and insurance defense litigationCommunicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counselWhat You Bring3 to 5 years of experience in general liability and/or insurance defenseThird-party defense experience (no first-party work)Active Florida Bar membership in good standingStrong litigation, writing, and case management skillsAbility to work in-office in Boca RatonCompensationBase salary of $145,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
