We are looking for candidates who are comfortable safely operating this equipment in a fast-paced warehouse with minimal additional training.\n\nThis position will primarily support material movement, order picking, staging, inventory, and shipping operations throughout the distribution center.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nEquipment Operation\n\nSafely operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) throughout the shift\n\nPick and move products to designated warehouse locations\n\nRetrieve and store inventory using powered warehouse equipment\n\nWork comfortably at elevated heights while operating an Order Picker\n\nPerform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections\n\nCheck equipment batteries and safety features before operation\n\nImmediately report equipment damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns\n\nMaterial Handling & Warehouse Operations\n\nPick, stage, move, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility\n\nPerform order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement\n\nUse RF scanners to locate, scan, and verify products\n\nSupport accurate inventory placement and organization\n\nPrepare products and materials for outbound distribution\n\nVerify quantities and identify damaged or incorrect products\n\nAssist with additional warehouse duties based on daily operational needs\n\nSafety & Quality\n\nFollow all warehouse safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nSafely operate powered industrial equipment at all times\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area\n\nIdentify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns\n\nMaintain accuracy and productivity while working in a fast-paced distribution environment\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nPrevious hands-on Reach Truck experience\n\nPrevious hands-on Order Picker experience\n\nPrevious hands-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience\n\nAt least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience\n\nExperience with material handling, order picking, staging, shipping, or receiving\n\nExperience using RF scanners\n\nComfortable operating equipment at elevated heights\n\nAble to safely operate required equipment with minimal additional training\n\nStrong attendance, reliability, and punctuality\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a warehouse team\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nCurrent or previous powered industrial equipment certification\n\nWarehouse Management System (WMS) experience\n\nInventory control experience\n\nPick, pack, and ship experience\n\nHigh-volume distribution center experience\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to lift 30+ pounds\n\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying\n\nAbility to perform material handling duties throughout the entire shift\n\nComfortable working at elevated heights while operating an Order Picker\n\nAbility to safely enter, exit, and operate powered warehouse equipment throughout the workday\n\nEmployment Requirements\n\nMust successfully complete a pre-employment background check\n\nMust successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening\n\nMust provide valid documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States upon hire\n\nFull-time attendance and dependable punctuality are
