We are partnering with a well-established Construction Management firm in the Greater Boston area to identify a Mid-Level to Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of upcoming projects. This individual will be brought in at the PM level and is expected to run projects independently with a clear path toward senior-level leadership.Client DetailsOur client is a reputable Construction Management firm with over 25 years in the market, a strong base of repeat clients, and a growing presence across life sciences, science & technology, healthcare, academic, and corporate interiors. They generate approximately $250M in annual revenue and are on track to grow significantly over the next two years, supported by disciplined operations, long-tenured leadership, and deep client relationships.DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with minimal oversight.Key responsibilities include:Independently managing multiple construction projects from kickoff to completionLeading design-build efforts on select upcoming projects (as applicable)Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractorsManaging schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost controlsOverseeing RFIs, change management, submittals, and project documentationSupporting preconstruction, estimating handoffs, and bid reviews as neededMentoring junior staff and helping balance project team workloadsMaintaining strong client relationships to support repeat businessProfileWhat the Successful Candidate Will Bring:6-12+ years of construction management experience as a Project ManagerExperience running projects independentlyBackground in life sciences, science & technology, healthcare, or complex commercial workDesign-build project experience strongly preferred (not required)Experience with projects typically ranging from $5M-$50M+Proficiency with construction management software (experience with Autodesk Build a plus)Ability to work from a Quincy-based office with site travel as projects requireJob OfferCompetative Base salary: $120k-$150kAnnual bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package including 401(k), PTO, and health coverageHighly flexible working environmentExposure to upcoming projects throughout the Greater Boston areaClear short-term path to Senior PM for high performers*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*
