This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location.\nJob Type: Full-Time\nHours: 3rd Shift - 4:00pm or 8:00pm start time\nKey Responsibilities:\nLoad customer orders and transfers onto designated trucks according to routing instructions provided by CDC management.\nOrganize and stage orders accurately based on delivery method (ship via) and ensure they are loaded in proper sequence.\nSupport CDC operations by picking, packing, staging, and checking outbound orders.\nSecure shipments by shrink-wrapping pallets to maintain load stability and product integrity during transit.\nAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.\nCollaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.\nQualifications and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics operations is preferred.\nExperience operating reach trucks and sit-down forklifts; certification may be required.\nBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.\nCapable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.\nPositive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.\nBenefits:\nAt USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference-to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
