The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and security best practices. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation across our development and operations teams.\r\nHow will you make an impact?\r\nLead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\r\nDevelop and implement DevOps strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and security.\r\nWork closely with development, security, and IT teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives.\r\nEstablish best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and deployment.\r\nDesign and manage cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions.\r\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.\r\nDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or other tools.\r\nAutomate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\r\nEnsure system reliability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar tools.\r\nEnforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001), and access control.\r\nWork with software development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\r\nPromote DevOps culture by advocating for automation, continuous delivery, and feedback loops.\r\nHave you got what it takes?\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\r\n8+ years in DevOps, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management\r\nExpertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\r\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).\r\nProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).\r\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).\r\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).\r\nUnderstanding of security best practices and compliance\r\nYou will have an advantage if you have\r\nExperience with Kubernetes security (RBAC, network policies).\r\nKnowledge of serverless computing and microservices\r\nExperience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).\r\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum\r\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced\r\nPassion for continuous learning and development\r\nWhat's in it for you?\r\nJoin an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
