Accounts Payable Shift: 7:00am-2:30pm Monday - Thursday

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials,pallets, bales and rolls. The company's state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregonoperates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team memberswith a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.Essential FunctionsResponsible for accounting functions including verifying and posting accounts payabletransactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.Process daily credit card receipts and monitor the credit card program travel expenses.Reconcile and post journal entries for credit card transactionsReconcile vendor statementsClosely monitor vendor accounts and take corrective action to keep accounts in goodstanding.Set up new accounts, process credit applications.Maintain w9 software and request certificates of insurance when necessary.Other duties may be assigned.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age.Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing abilityrequired.)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or inthe future.May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drugscreening.Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and communication skills.1-2 years previous Accounts payable experience required with an understanding ofbookkeeping procedures.SAP Business 1 knowledge preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Excel required.Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.Equipment/Machinery UsedPC Computer and other office equipment.Physical Requirements / Working ConditionsAble to sit or stand for 5-8 hours at a time.Able to lift 25 lbs.Primarily working in an office environment.*Competitive PayKEITH Manufacturing Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.recblid 6u79sqifcmy454k4zsa3sjc16utvwy
