Specific responsibilities include serving as the Owner’s Representative; facilitating and attending meetings with the Contractor, client agencies, and the public; establishing and maintaining project records; monitoring construction activities and schedules and maintaining records of completed work through daily reports; facilitating weekly project meetings with the Contractor, Agency, and other stakeholders; coordinating and communicating effectively with the team and clients; reviewing and responding to Contractor’s RFIs, submittals, letters, NOPCs, and claims; and managing and forecasting project budgets.\n\nRequirements:\nBS in Construction Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or closely related field (preferred) plus six (6) years (CM) or ten (10) years (Sr. CM) of relevant construction experience, OR\nAS in Construction Management or closely related field plus eight (8) years (CM), twelve (12) years (Sr. CM) of relevant construction experience AND\nCertified as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) OR\nRegistered as a California Professional Engineer\nPossess a valid driver's license and clear DMV record\nMust have the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check\n\nCompetitive Salary and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays.
