The role will support Agile and Scrum-based delivery teams working across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments while coordinating efforts among multiple national laboratories, technical teams, and stakeholders.\nThe position will interact directly with ORNL leadership, project sponsors, technical leads, software developers, platform engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity personnel, researchers, scientists, and external partners across the Department of Energy ecosystem.\nSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nPlanning and Execution – Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, sprint plans, release schedules, resource plans, and project reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives.\nAgile Leadership – Serve as Scrum Master and Agile project leader for software development, cloud, platform engineering, and infrastructure teams. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.\nSoftware Development Project Leadership – Lead and coordinate software development initiatives supporting the American Science Cloud and related scientific computing programs.
