In addition, True Zero earned coveted spots on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America in 2022, 2023, and 2025, a testament to our sustained growth driven by our people-first approach and unwavering dedication to excellence.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and deploy workflow technologies for use in a federal environment\nIntegrate SOAR with RegScale\nIntegrate SOAR with Axonius\nPerform troubleshooting of automation, scripts, and SOAR systems\nDevelop custom scripts and content to facilitate automation\nAutomate cybersecurity and compliance related processes\nPerform Quality Review of custom scripts and developed content\nPractice good technique by utilizing configuration control and code retention tools such as GitHub\nAbide by and participate in documented Change Control processes\nResearch and document cyber processes, such as Risk Management Framework (RMF) 2.0 and Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM)\nInterview Cyber Practitioners to capture current cyber processes\nReview and propose potential enhancements or optimization to cyber processes\nCoordinate and collaborate with cyber practitioners to tune and refine developed content to meet mission needs\nCapture, refine, and mature development processes and practices\nSOAR experience\nScripting and development experience\nJob Qualifications\nMust be a US Citizen.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Data, or a related field.\n10+ years of relevant experience.\n5 years of development or scripting experience\n2 years of cyber operations (not including policy) experience\nSOAR development experience\nStrong understanding of Cybersecurity functions and processes\nStrong understanding of Risk Management Framework functions and processes\nExperience utilizing code retention tools such as GitHub\nExperience developing custom scripts and content to facilitate automation\nExperience working with MS Visio\nStrong social skills are required to coordinate with and interview cyber practitioners\nClearance Requirement\nAbility to obtain may be required\n\nWe’re actively searching for talented security and technology practitioners who are ready to experience the True Zero difference.
