The successful candidate will work with a collaborative leadership team and colleagues who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an on-site work schedule.\n\nResponsibilities\nOversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP\nLead the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process and drive timely, accurate deliverables\nManage and develop the accounting team, setting expectations and supporting performance and growth\nMaintain and enhance internal controls and support external audit activities\nPartner with leadership on financial analysis, forecasting support, and process improvement initiatives\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\nCPA required\n7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience preferably with a mix of public accounting experience coupled with corporate accounting experience\nProven people-leadership experience (managing/mentoring accounting staff)\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and advanced Excel; ERP/accounting system experience preferred\nGreat attitude with a strong work ethic\n\nSalary: $150,000 - $175,000\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
