This on-site position is located in Washington, DC .\r\nBenefits\r\nCompetitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, flexible PTO, federal holidays off, tuition reimbursement, professional development support, wellness stipends, and a supportive culture.\r\nResponsibilities and Duties\r\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and operational insights.\r\nDevelop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using Tableau or equivalent tools.\r\nSupport data analysis efforts related to law enforcement, operational, or statistical datasets.\r\nPerform data cleansing, validation, and transformation activities to support analytics initiatives.\r\nUtilize tools such as Excel, Python, and R to conduct analysis and reporting activities.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to support performance measurement and operational reporting requirements.\r\nSupport preparation of reports, briefings, and data-driven recommendations for leadership.\r\nAssist with maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting efforts.\r\nSupport analytical initiatives across both operational and strategic projects.\r\nEnsure compliance with DOJ security and data handling requirements.\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.\r\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or performance analysis roles.\r\nProficiency with Excel, Python, R, and Tableau or equivalent analytics and visualization platforms.\r\nExperience working with large datasets and data analysis methodologies.\r\nExperience supporting law enforcement, government, or large statistical datasets.\r\nActive Secret clearance required.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain eligibility for Top Secret clearance for select projects, if required.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nWill be required to undergo the government-issued background investigation process.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience supporting DOJ, law enforcement, intelligence community, or federal environments.\r\nExperience developing executive-level dashboards and operational reporting solutions.\r\nFamiliarity with data visualization, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling techniques.\r\nExperience working with sensitive or classified information environments.\r\nFamiliarity with data governance and secure data handling procedures.\r\nWe highly encourage all Veterans and those with disabilities to apply.\r\nArdent is an equal opportunity employer.
