This role involves engaging with customers both over the phone and in person at the marina, always prioritizing exceptional service. The Reservation Agent is expected to maintain a professional company image in all forms of communication. Given the fast-paced nature of the environment, the ability to work under pressure is essential.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule reservations, inputting all check-in and check-out dates and times into the company reservations system.Provide the highest level of customer and guest service by promptly addressing all requests from customers and their rental needsAnswer online inquires and responds to these inquires in a timely mannerPerforms opening and closing job dutiesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Excellent customer service skills - known as someone who goes above and beyondAbility to answer phones in a professional mannerMust have a positive attitudeMust have highly effective communication skills and time management skillsWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) poundsMust be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergencyMust be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionallyMust be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThis document provides descriptive information about the above Suntex Marinas position.
