What are we looking for?\nQualifications\nWe are seeking an experienced Flutter Development Lead to spearhead our mobile application projects, driving innovative solutions and overseeing all aspects of app development and deployment for both iOS and Android platforms\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned Flutter developer with expertise in mobile app architecture, state management, and integration of modern APIs\nThis individual must possess strong leadership abilities, including mentoring junior developers and maintaining best practices for scalable, high-performance codebases\n5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter\nProven expertise in iOS and Android app deployment, including publishing on App Store and Google Play\nStrong proficiency in API integration, including RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party services\nExtensive knowledge of clean architecture, state management frameworks, and performance optimization\nExperience with secure coding practices and mobile app security\nDemonstrated ability to mentor and lead development teams\nExceptional skills in translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive code\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nExceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, including performance tuning and stability issues\nPassion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile app development and IoT technologies\nVery familiar with at least one agile development methodology, such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS or SAFe\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms\nEnsure seamless cross-platform performance, UI/UX consistency, and native app responsiveness\nLead efforts in integrating complex RESTful APIs and other third-party services into mobile apps\nEnsure secure handling of API calls, including OAuth and other authentication mechanisms\nArchitect scalable solutions using clean architecture and appropriate state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc\nMaintain modular, reusable code and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration\nImplement best practices for secure app development, including handling sensitive data and preventing security vulnerabilities\nMonitor and optimize application performance to ensure smooth operation across devices\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 40,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 140,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
