With a commitment to work-life balance.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nDue to continuing growth in our business, we have openings for CNC machine operators. You will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills, working to turn valuable castings, forgings, and bar stock into quality parts for our customers.\nOperate CNC Lathes, Mills, and Robots\nPerform tool and insert changes\nFollow written instructions and Check parts for conformance to blueprints\nMonitor machine performance and make offsets/adjustments as needed\nComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.\nPerform basic maintenance on CNC Machines\nWork from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, machine status boards, as well as verbal/written instructions.\nWork with supervisor, programmer and support teams to resolve problems.\nPerform all other duties as assigned or needed.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n2+ years experience in a precision machining environment or CNC training\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints\nAbility to handle all basic CNC machining operations including changing inserts, touching off tools and making offsets.\nAbility to use common shop measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers and gauges) to complete inspection documentation.\nExperience with horizontal Lathe or Mill including set-up.\nAbility to work independently and efficiently.\nPlus:\nExperience on Okuma or Nakamura lathes or mills.\nFanuc Robodrills\nUniversal Robots\nFanuc robots\nCompensation & Benefits:\nStarting pay rate is depending on experience.\nWeekly Attendance bonus of $1.25 / hr.\nOvertime opportunities available.\nPaid weekly, every Friday.\nUnited HealthCare Health Insurance.\nUHC PPO Dental Insurance.\nUHC Life, AD/D and Short Term Disability insurance.\nUHC Vision Insurance.\n401K Retirement Savings Plan.\nPaid vacation.\nTen paid holidays.\nPaid sick leave.\nWaterSaver Faucet Co. is an equal opportunity employer, committed to developing and retaining a diverse work force and providing a safe and healthy work environment.
