This TPM will own the integrated planning, tracking, and execution discipline across systems/environment readiness and enterprise cutover activities, ensuring test cycles, mock loads, cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare are delivered with clear ownership, risk visibility, and executive-ready status reporting.Role ScopeLead the combined Systems & Environments TPM and Cutover TPM function for the S/4 transformation program, partnering with PMO, functional workstreams, Basis/infrastructure, data migration, testing, release management, security/access, business process owners, and external implementation partners.Drive readiness across SAP S/4 and connected enterprise applications, including relevant ECC, S/4, GTS, EWM, MDG, APO/IBP, PLM, Coupa, TM/EWM, data migration, reporting, and other satellite-system dependencies.Support major program cycles such as mock loads, string testing, SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals, go-live preparation, production cutover, and hypercare stabilization.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated systems and environment planning: Own the end-to-end landscape plan, environment point of view, refresh/snapshot calendar, environment availability tracker, system end dates, release windows, and readiness gates across SAP and non-SAP systems.Cutover planning and governance: Build and maintain the integrated cutover workplan/runbook, command-center cadence, RACI, milestone plan, entry/exit criteria, blackout/freeze assumptions, ramp-down/ramp-up activities, and go/no-go readiness inputs.Mock and test-cycle enablement: Coordinate environment readiness for mock loads, SIT/UAT, defect retest, pre/post-load validations, business signoffs, and cross-functional test-data dependencies; proactively resolve blockers before execution windows.Transport and release coordination: Partner with Basis, release, and functional teams to track TR approvals, sequencing, imports, quarantine/return-code issues, environment syncs, and recurring transport movement needed to keep test and cutover environments current.Data migration and cutover dependency tracking: Coordinate data-migration prerequisites, load readiness, validation ownership, mock performance learnings, conversion/cutover dependencies, and handoffs between data, testing, technical, and business teams.Cross-functional integration: Drive alignment across Finance, OTC, Manufacturing Operations, NPI, Sourcing/Procurement, Sales & Services, Supply Planning, and adjacent programs/vendors so environment and cutover dependencies are visible and managed.Status, risk, and escalation management: Maintain executive-ready dashboards, RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, readiness heatmaps, signoff trackers, and weekly PMO/leadership status; escalate risks early with clear owners and dates.Audit, security, and compliance readiness: Ensure environment access, refresh, data retention, control evidence, SOX-sensitive activities, and cutover approvals are documented and traceable.Vendor and resource coordination: Coordinate work across internal teams and implementation partners, validate scope/estimate assumptions, and ensure the right technical SMEs are engaged for time-sensitive cutover and environment work.Key DeliverablesIntegrated systems landscape and environment readiness plan covering SAP and satellite applications.Cutover master plan/runbook with timeline, owners, dependencies, checkpoints, command-center model, and escalation path.Environment refresh/snapshot/release calendar, transport movement tracker, access/readiness checklist, and system-retirement or release plan.Mock/load readiness dashboards, entry/exit criteria tracking, defect and validation signoff tracker, and go/no-go readiness package.Weekly PMO/leadership status report, RAID log, decision log, action register, and hypercare transition plan.Required Experience10+ years of TPM/project management experience in large ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or enterprise digital transformation programs.Hands-on experience managing cutover planning/execution, environment readiness, release/transport coordination, and testing or data-migration dependencies in complex SAP landscapes.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA program phases, Basis/environment concepts, integrated business processes, mock cycles, SIT/UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare.Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage global/onshore/offshore stakeholders, and create order in high-pressure execution windows.Excellent executive communication, meeting facilitation, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and detailed follow-through;
