I will be looking forward to your response.Below is the job description for your reference -Job Description:Title: Corporate RecruiterLocations: Greenville, SC (Hybrid Role)Permanent Opportunitysalary: $60k / yr with BenefitsPosition Summary:Weston & Sampson is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience that has a passion for finding top talent. This will be a hybrid position out of any of our South Carolina office locations. A successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to learn their discipline, understand their hiring needs, and design and execute innovative direct sourcing strategies to hire top talent using various platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, arranging interviews, interviewing, collecting feedback, conducting references, negotiating offers, coordinating onboarding• Plan recruiting campaigns that will target qualified candidates• Facilitate recruiting strategy meetings with individual hiring managers so all expectations are met• Track candidate lifecycle through applicant tracking system• Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of top talent• Continually network with internal and external talent to build a proactive pipeline• Be proactive and creative in sourcing techniques to gage both active and passive candidates.• Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified College/Universities, networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.QUALIFICATION:• BA/BS degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field preferred or relevant experience• 3-5 years overall recruiting experience• Experience leveraging social media to source and attract talent, particularly LinkedIn• Highly motivated, results driven and able to work independently as well as with the team
