Guests can enjoy high-quality, customizable pizzas paired with a diverse selection of seasonal and unique beers from local and national breweries.Role DescriptionThe General Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily operations of a fast-paced, build-your-own pizza restaurant at The Pizza Press. This role is accountable for overall restaurant performance, including team leadership, operational execution, and financial results. The General Manager leads, coaches, and develops staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include managing labor and food costs, ensuring efficient throughput, overseeing hiring and training, and driving a culture rooted in accountability and high performance. The role also involves executing local store marketing and community engagement initiatives, analyzing business performance, and ensuring compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.QualificationsProven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience managing labor, food cost, and overall restaurant efficiency.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.Experience with hiring, training, and developing team members within a structured brand environment.Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions to improve results.High level of ownership, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Reliable transportation required.Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to advance).Experience in fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environments preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or equivalent experience is a plus.
