We are seeking a SQL Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions that drive business performance across the organization. This role serves as a technical leader within the data development team, partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT professionals to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure database solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, SSIS packages, and data integrations.\nServe as a technical lead on development projects, assisting project teams in defining and refining technical requirements.\nDevelop project plans for new and modified database solutions, ensuring milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule.\nWork collaboratively with Business Systems Analysts, QA teams, application developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective data solutions.\nSupport and maintain ETL processes, data integrations, and automated workflows to ensure data accuracy and availability.\nCreate and maintain APIs and support application integrations with internal and external systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex database and data-related issues while identifying opportunities for optimization and performance improvements.\nParticipate in change management activities, production deployments, and after-hours support as needed.\nTrain and mentor junior SQL Developers and provide technical guidance on development standards and best practices.\nDocument database designs, technical specifications, and development procedures to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.\nPerform other duties as required or assigned.\nWho You Are\nThe Technical Problem Solver: You enjoy solving complex data and system challenges and can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nThe Project Leader: You can successfully manage multiple priorities while coordinating projects, driving accountability, and delivering results.\nThe Collaborator: You build strong working relationships across teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nThe Mentor: You enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting team development, and helping establish technical standards and best practices.\nAn individual with exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nQualifications\nExperience: Minimum of 4–7 years of Microsoft SQL Server development experience, including advanced experience with ETL processes and Active Batch.\nTechnical Expertise: Advanced understanding of T-SQL programming, SQL Server administration best practices, database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.\nIntegration Experience: Ability to create, support, and maintain APIs with working knowledge of C# sufficient to support integrations and collaborate with application development teams.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across technical and business functions.\nPreferred experience with Power BI, PostgreSQL, and AI-assisted development tools that support SQL development, troubleshooting, and documentation.\nLocation & Work Schedule\nLocation: Remote opportunity or hybrid role based in our Chadds Ford, PA; Tempe, AZ; or Coppell, TX offices.\nSchedule: Full-time position with flexibility to support production deployments, upgrades, and after-hours support activities as needed.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a unique opportunity to join a company with a strong foundation that is actively investing in technology, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
