Aligned around a shared purpose, our $3.9B company and 16,000 people work alongside our clients, here and abroad, to tackle their most complex challenges with integrity, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and technically competent Program Analysts to work on a team that manages projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office.\nResponsibilities:\nMajor Job Activities:\nProvide technical support to the DPM, Functional Leads and IPT Leads for a major DoD Acquisition Program.\nWork with systems engineers and IPT leads to assist in capturing plans of action and milestones for working off technical issues.\nWork with planners to facilitate plan of action incorporation into the Program Integrated Master Schedule.\nAssist the IPT lead in identifying, capturing, and tracking Program risks and their associated mitigation plans.\nUse databases and MS Office products to manage, maintain and distribute technical and programmatic data, as directed by Program Manager, IPT and Functional Leads, and Configuration / Data Managers.\nAnalyze information and make recommendations with supporting rationale.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBS / BA in a technical, business, or management field or equivalent experience. A BS / BA can be substituted with 4 additional years of related experience and an AA / AS degree. Or an additional 8 years of related experience.\n4 years of business / management / development / integration experience with aircraft, weapons, and/or operations with 2 of those years occurring within the last 5 years. Appropriate educational background may be substituted for experience.\nClearance Requirement:\nActive US DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.\nExperience:\nKnowledge of DoD systems acquisition requirements, documentation development, financial and/or technical requirements.\nKnowledge and capability in planning, management, budgeting, coordinating technical requirements, and contract requirements.\n2 years current experience preparing project budgets and in analyzing and preparing acquisition documentation.\nExperience preparing SOWs for technical and administrative contractor support.\nExperience with DoD Acquisition Programs.\nExperience with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.\nExperience with DoD Systems Engineering Technical Review process.\nExperience with DoD Risk and Opportunity management process.\nDiverse career experiences.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic multiple security environment.\nSkills:\nAbility to track action items, develop metrics, develop and track risk mitigation plans, and develop and track Plans of Actions and Milestones.\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION: (applicable to full-time hires only)\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental\nVision, 401(k)\nLife\nAD&D\nShort Term Disability\nLong Term Disability\nOther ancillary plans\nTime Off\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nHolidays\nBereavement\nJury Duty\n\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individual.
