Works with other teams to support the closure of tickets where applicable.Proactively monitors and tunes the load balancer architecture to achieve optimum performance levels; provide performance statistics and reports.Monitors and drives upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management to ensure audit compliance.Mentors and develops junior members of the team.Participate in an on-call rotation with other Network Engineering team members.For additional details please see attached position description.One note from the team: \"looking for someone with 3+ years with load balancing experience, specifically with NetScaler\".Minimum QualificationsFor Hire: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5-7 years of network engineering and design experience with 1-3 years' experience in increasingly complex network design and engineering, or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
