The applicant will be responsible for the design and development of enterprise level applications and should be versed in various coding languages for web, mobile, and software applications. The applicant also will be responsible for SQL Database design, analysis, and administration. The applicant should be able to design and develop applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, robustness, and vitality over time. The applicant will need to formally document applications along with operation and maintenance procedures.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required\n5+ years of experience in developing data driven applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework\nExperience in working with a team of developers to produce production level applications\nExperience in researching, planning, estimating, and designing applications to meet business needs, including customizations and integration components\nExperience in developing design and code solutions using best practices and common patterns, including databases, component layers, user interfaces, and web services\nExperience in coding standards and best practices\nExperience in the design of web application architecture\nPossess a strong understanding of security and data protection implementation\nExperience in troubleshooting and providing customers with knowledgeable “how to” assistance through a thorough understanding of applications and the supported business processes\nSelf-directed and motivated to see and find efficient and cost-effective opportunities for change\nAbility to supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and team development\nAbility to manage mission critical or highly available platforms and applications\nUnit/Integration testing techniques\nExperience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements\nExperience with test driven development, and agile engineering practices including continuous integration\nExperience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript\nExperience with relational databases; SQL Server\nExperience with Agile process and working as part of a distributed team\nAbility to write and maintain clear, secure, and scalable code\nWorking knowledge of using a distributed version control system within a team environment (i.e., Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps)\nMust have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills, and be a team player\nAbility to work independently and manage one’s time\nMust be a US Citizen\nApplicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:\nContent management system experience\nExperience with cloud message APIs and usages of push notifications.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, WCAG compliance, REST API design and development\nWeb Server administration\nExperience with SharePoint development and maintenance\nUnderstanding and experience with security fundamentals, role-based security, and familiarity using encryption keys and controls\nExperience creating web application wireframes and mockups.
