Let your new adventure begin today!\nWHO YOU ARE:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong technical background in Appian platform (primary), Java, SQL, Case Management integrations and robust communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute to an Appian development team, driving the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to meet business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic thinking.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nDesign, develop, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software independently.\nPerform requirement analysis, interact with various teams to iterate functionality in alignment with customer needs. Present application demo to the project team and customer.\nCreate technical design specifications, present technical design to fellow team members.\nPerform maintenance on existing software products and contribute knowledge of business applications. Investigate and resolve bugs and deficiencies in the product codebase independently.\nParticipates in agile ceremonies. Builds stories, maintains data on PM tools (e.g JIRA) to streamline the software development process and enhance productivity.\nProvide development estimates for new development initiatives and enhancement requests.\nTriage issues by performing data analysis using SQL queries, application logs. Document root cause analysis (RCA) and presents it to the team.\nCoach and review the work of lowerlevel professionals.\nParticipate in collaborative relationships with crossfunctional teams to launch new products, features, and services on time and within budget.\nTechnical Leadership:\nProvide technical guidance and oversight for the Appian development.\nCollaborate with architects and other engineers to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Appian solutions.\nStay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technologies to drive continuous improvement.\nTeam Management:\nDelegate and monitor work of less tenured Appian developers.\nMentor junior developers.\nProject Development Management:\nCollaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to understand project goals and requirements.\nDevelop work break down structures for project planning.\nParticipate in project standups and address challenges to keep development team on track.
