The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with both AWS and Azure, containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, automation tools, GitOps methodologies, and release engineering best practices.\r\nYou will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployment workflows — working closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software releases.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automation tooling.\r\nManage and optimize infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.\r\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Docker and Kubernetes .\r\nImplement GitOps workflows utilizing ArgoCD .\r\nAutomate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible and AWX .\r\nAdminister and maintain Linux and Windows Server systems in hybrid environments.\r\nCollaborate on release engineering processes: versioning, packaging, testing, and automated deployment.\r\nMonitor system health, implement security policies, and ensure high availability for critical services.\r\nDevelop automation, tooling, and scripts using Bash , Python , or PowerShell .\r\nTroubleshoot production issues across multiple systems and platforms.\r\nRequired\r\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with at least three (3) years of experience.\r\nExpertise with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and services.\r\nStrong background in Docker and Kubernetes .\r\nProficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.\r\nExperience with GitOps principles and ArgoCD .\r\nConfiguration management experience using Ansible and orchestration with AWX .\r\nStrong understanding of CI/CD using GitLab .\r\nKnowledge of release engineering concepts: build processes, artifact repositories, deployment workflows.\r\nStrong troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure, and network layers.\r\nStrong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience managing Windows Server environments.\r\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).\r\nExperience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).\r\nAWS or Azure DevOps-related certifications.\r\nSoft Skills\r\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to work in agile, fast-paced environments.\r\nDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality delivery.\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.\r\nAbout CallMiner\r\nDoes the possibility of using artificial intelligence to improve human connection excite you?
