The Quality Control Project Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all the technical tasks to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality for the lifecycle of the project.\nResponsibilities Collaborate with the Quality Control Managers in purchasing activities including scoping and take‑offs\nPrepare and forward submittals; confirm submittal complies with plans/specs\nSupport the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules\nPlay a lead role in the development of project plans\nMonitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule\nReview change proposals from trade partners and negotiate as appropriate\nFacilitate with the Quality Control Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings\nDraft change orders\nSolicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers\nPerform scope take‑off and estimate costs\nLead close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractors\nDevelop and lead training sessions for your team and trade partners\nTake ownership of document management applications\nCultivate a network of industry relationships to bring potential business opportunities to Clark leadership\nCultivate industry relationships to help attract and recruit top talent to Clark (mindset: \"All team members are recruiters\")\nExceed stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals\nBasic Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience\n2+ years experience in an engineer, project engineer, or a similar role in the construction industry\nDemonstrated knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration\nDemonstrated ability reading drawings and specifications\nComputer proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nInterest and passion for building and the industry\nAlignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self‑Motivated, Results‑Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships\nPreferred Qualifications OSHA 10 certification\nProcore experience\nPrimavera P6 experience\nExperience working for a general contractor\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
