The work is expected to be remote. Duration- 12 months with extensions. Please send me your resume, rate, contact details.At a high level, the resource will support a product team working in an agile methodology and must be able to independently research, analyze and propose data and visualization solutions based on the state s available data. In addition, the consultant will support the Director of Business Solutions & Continuity to develop a roadmap for critical Power BI opportunities across the agency and required skills / talent to deliver on that roadmap.Sample TasksMature/develop, with the Director of Business Solutions Division, our agency wide data analytics offering.Design and develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data visualization solutions that meet their needs.Create and maintain documentation of data visualization processes, tools, and best practices.Work with data analysts to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and complies with relevant data practice requirements.Train and support other team members on data visualization tools and techniques.Design reports in accordance with Branding and Accessibility Standards.Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessaryDesired QualificationsThree (3) years or more experience in creating complex Power BI visualizations dashboards.Advanced knowledge of SQL.
