We currently have a second shift opening for a Machine Operator and are looking for someone who is a motivated team player with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a strong can-do attitude, have a knack for accuracy and efficiency and work great within a team environment.What you'll do each day:Responsible for short cycle machine operations associated with quantity production of identical unitsStart and stop the machine, load/feed the machine, and watch machines operationMonitor production to ensure quality and perform verifications and inspection of the product and the machineMake sure the equipment is in top operation performance by calling for repairs when neededMaintain a safe and clean work environmentComplete the proper transactions for each MO or jobLabel material with correct descriptionsMeet or exceed customer's specifications as outlined on the manufacturing orderMay have some warehouse responsibilities including shipping, receiving, and packaging material as neededAny other general machine operation tasks or responsibilities assigned by his or her supervisorsOur wish list:Experience and knowledge of machinery and/or tools desiredAble to work overtime as neededExcellent team player and positive work approachDetailed oriented and quality focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAble to pass the Drug Test and Background CheckForklift and Oracle experience is a plusWhat we offer :Complete Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401K plan with employer matchPaid Time Off and Holiday payCompany sponsored eventsFun company events and a great team!Pay scale between $21.00 - $24.00 depending upon experienceShift differential of $1.50 per hourSound interesting?
