Civil Litigation Attorney (5+ Years Experience)Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to join our practice. Responsibilities include:Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Conducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and exposure  Qualifications:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing with the Florida state bar Minimum of five (5) years of civil litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Demonstrated courtroom and/or hearing experience Ability to manage deadlines and work independently  Preferred:Experience handling complex litigation matters Familiarity with foreclosure, landlord/tenant and real estate litigation Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus structure Retirement benefits Professional development support Qualified candidates should submit a resume and writing sample for consideration.
