Recruit, train, and inspire a team of sales professionals

Facilitate fun, engaging sales meetings and new agent orientations
Create a positive, growth-focused team environment
Work closely with a dedicated Territory Recruiter and Instructor for ongoing support

Previous sales or leadership experience (formal or informal)
Strong communication and people skills
CA Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
