Job Description Busy New York Law Firm is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join its Syracuse team!ResponsibilitiesManage and defend insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolutionConduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other court documentsRepresent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiationsCollaborate with clients and insurance carriers to develop defense strategiesAnalyze case files and evidence to build strong defensesStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting insurance defenseMaintain accurate case records and ensure timely case progressionRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of broad-based litigation experienceExperience with or strong interest in insurance defense litigationCivil litigation experience a plusExperience with insurance defense or related a plusDefense experience a plus
