Today, Paren operates with a dense pipeline of enterprise-grade opportunities across multiple segments of the EV industry.We recently hired a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to own and close that pipeline end-to-end.  This role is the next step: building a repeatable top-of-funnel engine to expand that pipeline and increase coverage across the market.Own Pipeline Creation and Market EntryYou will own the creation of new pipeline at Paren. This is a hands-on, foundational role focused on identifying high-value accounts, initiating conversations, and qualifying opportunities that convert into real revenue.There are no mature playbooks, large outbound teams, or predefined sequences. Your mandate is to build what great looks like in outbound and early qualification.The Founding AE and CEO will partner closely on strategy and prioritization; however, this role remains accountable for pipeline creation and consistent entry into target accounts.Make an ImpactBuild and execute outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry channelsIdentify and prioritize target accounts across segments of the EV ecosystemGenerate qualified meetings that convert into real pipeline (not just activity)Conduct initial discovery to assess pain, urgency, and fitPartner closely with the Founding AE on account strategy and opportunity developmentSupport industry events and conferences; turn conversations into pipelineMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity trackingStart hands-on, with the opportunity to grow in scope and responsibility as the company scalesBuild the Top-of-Funnel MotionPartner with the CEO and Founding AE to refine ICPs, buyer personas, and targetingHelp define what a “qualified opportunity” actually means at ParenTest and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and outbound approachesIdentify patterns across successful outreach and conversationsProvide structured feedback to improve positioning and go-to-market strategyContribute to the first versions of outbound playbooks and prospecting infrastructureBring Your Experience to Accelerate Growth2–4 years of BDR/SDR experience with demonstrated progressionExperience in B2B SaaS, ideally in data platforms, infrastructure, or vertical SaaSStrong preference for experience in the EV charging or broader EV ecosystemExperience operating without fully defined playbooks or large SDR teamsStrong research, targeting, and written communication skillsAbility to engage senior stakeholders and create meaningful first conversationsDisciplined, organized, and outcome-drivenThis role is not for you if youAre most successful with a large inbound engine or heavy marketing supportPrefer following scripts rather than developing your own messagingExpect established processes, tools, and playbooks before taking actionMeasure success primarily by activity volume instead of pipeline qualityWhat success looks likeYour first 30-60 days are about ramping fast — working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founding AE to extract what's already working, build a shared definition of \"qualified,\" and get your process and tooling foundations in place from day one.
