Serving opportunities at SpringMain offer the versatility of working in multiple dining environments or finding your niche at just one.\n\nResponsibilities:\nBuild positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers\nPrioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service\nDevelop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus\nAccurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order\nAssist with pre-bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food.\nClean assigned section per restaurant protocols\nProvide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication\nManage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions\nFollow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations\nEffectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service\nRequired Qualifications:\nPrevious serving experience a plus\nEnthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality\nBasic computer literacy and math skills\nMust be 19+ to apply\n\nWhat We Offer:\nSpringMain provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
