CAE offers a comprehensive training program to help transform your knowledge and skills as a pilot into a world-class Instructor and subject matter expert ready to lead clients thru their training.\n\nHow does schedule work: We ask that you can provide 8 to 10 days of availability per month. You provide us your availability at the end of prior month then we will do our best to get you scheduled based on business needs.\n\nWhat do we look for? CAE is seeking experienced pilots that thrive on coaching others, values CRM, and enjoys working with a diverse team. The ideal candidate should also possess:\n\nA “true” professional character with the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environment\n\nThe proven ability to communicate effectively across all mediums (spoken, written) and at all levels\n\nCommitment to the customer - providing continuous “red carpet” customer service\n\nThe capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base\n\nA keen eye for detail – must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and FAA requirements\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nMust be authorized to live/work in the United States\n\nAn unrestricted ATP certificate with 737 type rating\n\nMinimum of 2 years Part 121 experience\n\nBasic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet based programs\n\nMust be able and willing to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPrevious simulator instructor experience.\n\nPrevious aviation training, coaching, or instructional experience.\n\nExperience delivering instruction in a customer-focused training environment.\n\nExperience adapting learning approaches to meet individual trainee needs.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
