You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to help lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support the growth and development of our Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).This hands-on role focuses on creating an exceptional customer journey while empowering team performance through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.
