Our leadership understands the need for continuous education and provides opportunities for further development.\n\nWhat we offer from Day One\nMedical, Dental and Vision coverage\n160 hours of Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays\n401K match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinate with Engineering and perform equipment modifications as needed.\nUnderstand the use of predictive maintenance tools - Develop opportunities to use predictive tools.\nPreventive Maintenance generation and or refinement of existing PMs.\nAnalyze machine failures for root cause and implement corrective actions.\nAssist in annual equipment inspections.\nMonitor parts spending and reliability trends.\nUtilize a laptop to communicate with PLCs, VFD’s, Panelview’s and Servos to diagnose issues.\nUse a drawing package, multi-meter and other diagnostic equipment to resolve electrical issues.\nDiagnose mechanical wear, alignment, adjustment, and setup issues.\nDevelop standard work for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers.\nServes as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for maintenance related SOPs.\nAbility to drive and guide repair of equipment with the team members.\nProcure estimates for various tasks and projects and order parts as necessary.\nNew Equipment installs – works with engineers, vendors, and equipment suppliers.\nThis position involves working around moving equipment.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent.\nAssociates Degree in a technical related field (i.e. Industrial Maintenance) is preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of mechanical systems repair, industrial maintenance or equivalent is required.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nThe position requires the ability to individually lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nMust be able to bend/stoop, squat, climb, reach above shoulder level, reach at or below shoulder level, twist and bend at the neck, twist and bend at the waist and balance.\nNormal visual acuity is necessary including the ability to distinguish colors.\nWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
