Kitchen Manager

Cascade Lakes Brewing Company is hiring! We are looking for dedicated, driven & passionate Kitchen Manager for our 7th St. location in Redmond, Or. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations. A Kitchen Manager assists with cost controlling, maintaining food cost, and supervises storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures. The Kitchen Manager also assists in the management and training of new personnel, scheduling staff work hours, and doing performance reviews. We have created a culture in our kitchen that promotes growth, a good work ethic, being proud of the food we are producing and at the end of the day making folks happy. Being the best cook in the room is not necessary, we love to coach and teach. Integrity, passion, fun & being part of a team is what we strive for. Duties to include but not limited to: Management of kitchen operations and personnel Management of food ordering, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, food costs, etc. Operation and assisting operation of all culinary duties Work and communicate with others throughout the restaurant to prepare high quality food at a high level of efficiency and quality Assist with and coordinate food specials Other duties as assigned throughout the restaurant to assist other departments as needed to accomplish organizational goals Candidate must have 3 years’ experience in a fast paced restaurant.1 year management.
