Provid: clients with updated court date, time, and location information. Encourage prompt communication and compliance to avoid further legal consequences. Document all call attempts, conversations, and client responses accurately. Keep Cetailed notes in company software and clearly communicate with office personnelregarding updates on client status. Follovu up with clients, co-signers, or emergency contacts when necessary. Maintain a professional, firm, and respectful tone on all callsRequirementr:. Strongverbal communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional. Must +eak and understand English fluently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Abili6- to handle sensitive or urgent situations with confidence. Experience in customer service, collections, or call center work preferred. Comfcrtable making a high volume of outbound calls. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations. Reliable phone/internet connection and quiet work environmentPreferred Qualifications:. Experience in the bail bond, legal, or criminal justice field (a plus, but not required).
