Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager located in Anderson, Indiana. The EHS Manager will be responsible for managing workplace environmental, health, and safety programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting accident investigations, delivering employee training, and monitoring occupational health frameworks to promote a safe working environment. The role also involves continuous assessment and improvement of EHS management and performance to enhance the overall safety culture within the organization.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and regulations.Experience in Occupational Health and effective implementation of health protocols and processes within a workplace.Proficiency in Accident Investigation and root cause analysis to mitigate future incidents.Capability to design, deliver, and evaluate Training programs related to workplace safety and compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or equivalent are a plus.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
