The right candidate should be able to program, setup and operate CNC Sinker EDM, CNC Mill (Alibre CAM, Visual Mill), Wire EDM: AGIE Charme 240 SC and 300 SP (Opti Cam) as well as setup and operate manual mills, lathes and surface grinders. CNC and EDM experience a must.\nSummary: Program, setup and operate Wire EDM and CNC machines. Other duties may be assigned.\nAt the direction of the Leadperson sets up and runs CNC & EDM equipment to produce parts per customer drawings.\nVerifies that all work performed is in accordance with customer drawings and specifications.\nConsults with Leadperson for information necessary to perform tasks which may include type of materials to be used in fabrication or to analyze written specifications, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to determine sequences of operations.\nCompletes paperwork and inspection procedures as directed.\nMaintains a clean and orderly work area while complying with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSkills:\nOral Communication Skills\nWritten Communication Skills\nTechnical Communication\nReading Skills\nTime Management\nBlue Print Reading\nProfessionalism\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.
