Experienced Property Manager

Conventional property is seeking property manager for an apartment community in Decatur, AL. Must have a great personality, be enthusiastic, and very outgoing. Minimum of 3 years property manager experience and strong knowledge of Yardi systems. If you consider yourself a master of customer service, have common sense, are able to lead a team to success, and are a people person; please apply! Responsibilities include leasing, collecting outstanding accounts, budgets, monitoring and controlling expenses, marketing, property inspections, management of staff, setting and surpassing goals, and overall daily operations of property.
