This role participates in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, with a primary focus on payroll administration and payroll processing cycles.The Consultant is responsible for gathering payroll-specific requirements, configuring Dayforce Payroll modules, managing client expectations, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with Project Managers and client stakeholders. This role may also provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants, especially related to payroll processes and employee-facing readiness.We are very open to candidates who have payroll implementation experience in another HRIS or payroll platform and are excited and ready to be cross-trained and certified in Ceridian Dayforce.
