Work closely with Bartender, Server Assistant, and Servers to ensure guests receive superb service.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nPerform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner with a sense of urgency.\r\nPromptly greet Guests in a friendly, professional manner.\r\nEnsure guests' expectations have been met and naturally exceeded. Professionally resolve service issues.\r\nUphold and maintain superior quality customer service and hospitality.\r\nKeep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and take prompt corrective action.\r\nMaintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere.\r\nWork as a team to ensure all facets of the restaurant are kept clean, safe, and organized.\r\nJob Qualifications\r\nMust be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company-approved uniform.\r\nMust be able to operate P.O.S. computer system, make changes correctly, and make credit card transactions accurately.\r\nWalk or stand most of the 4-6 hour shift.\r\nMust be able to read menu items and speak English.\r\nAble to reach, bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties.\r\nProfessional phone skills.
