Provide attentive care ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Maintain accurate records of children's activities and developmental milestones. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment. Qualifications ' Proven experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting. Certification in First Aid and CPR. Knowledge of childhood development principles. Strong communication skills with parents and team members. Ability to create engaging activities suitable for infants. Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in early childhood education preferred.'
