Located in St. Louis Park, MN, we take pride in fostering long-term client relationships and maintaining a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Take Off Estimator to join our team on-site at our St. Louis Park, MN location. The Take Off Estimator will be responsible for analyzing architectural plans to create detailed material take-offs. This role involves ensuring compliance with plan specifications, organizing and maintaining project documentation, and providing support during the bid and proposal process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.Qualifications:Knowledge in reading and analyzing architectural drawingsStrong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge in relevant estimation software a plusAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlinesPrior experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is preferred, but not required$22-$25 / Hour + Benefits (Health, Dental, Life and Profit Sharing)
