Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Summary The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies and marketing campaigns that enhance the credit union's brand, engage members, and promote our products and services. This role requires creativity, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external associates and partners. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for various marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote credit union products and services. Monitor and report on campaign performance.Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, and website content, to increase engagement and member acquisition.Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the credit union's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and message.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing member events, such as annual meetings, workshops, and community outreach programs.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, member needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Member Services, Lending, and IT, to support marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive communication across the organization.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for printing, media placements, and other marketing services.Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and communications.
