If selected and the award is granted, you will be offered a start date aligned with contract execution.\nThis Senior Program Manager’s (PM) responsibility is to serve as the primary interface and point of contact (POC) with the Prime contractor and System High leadership on staffing, personnel, and technical program/project issues. The PM primary duties are to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to the System High team for one or more contracts.\nThis role requires active engagement with workforce and prime leadership at multiple sites, some of which will require travel. This PM will have the full authority to commit the System High Team to all operational functions in support of the contract, and to represent and act for, the company in all matters relative to the execution of the contract.\nThe Senior Program Manager will perform the following responsibilities:\nApply the principles of Servant Leadership to coach, mentor, train and develop employees.\nBuild and manage relationships with workforce, corporate department heads, and external partners to optimize program performance.\nAct as a trusted partner; balancing customer needs, employee care and corporate performance in all decisions to provide high quality customer support.\nProvide/develop guidance and direction to employees and teaming partners on policies with regards to execution of labor hours, extended work weeks, travel, comp time, etc.\nProvide written monthly reports on the execution of the contract to include direct labor hours, direct labor costs; other labor costs and breakdown of ODC funds expended on projects and purchases\nCoach, mentor, and lead an Operations Specialist in support of contract requirements.\nManage Profit and Loss (P&L) of assigned contracts and should have experience in managing multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M etc.)\nDirect company resources and budgets responsibly to contribute to the overall success of assigned contract and company.\nEmploy and maintain oversight of multiple teams dispersed across the continental United States.\nProvide support and assistance to the responsible Operations Vice President as necessary.\nRequired Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)\nKnowledge of SAP, SCI, and Collateral information required.\nDemonstrated experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.\nDemonstrated knowledge of DoD 5000 series (DoD acquisition).\nThe candidate shall have the capability and proven successful experience in planning, budgeting, recruiting, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the activities of professional security personnel to complete tasks relating to the provision of a multi-faceted security program in a classified environment.\nAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations.\nAvailable to work before and/or after typical office hours as work may demand.\nIndependent self-starter, proactive and professionally assertive.\nProven ability to maximize team performance to position and sustain our services to be invaluable to current and new customers.\nProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSuperior verbal, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to multitask.\nAvailability to support extensive travel (25-50%).\nClearance\nTop Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility current within the last five years.\nCounterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is required, no exceptions\nCertification Requirements\nPMP desired.\nYears of Experience/Education Requirements\nEducation & Experience: Possess a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Security or Management.\nMinimum of fifteen (10) years relevant security experience in major security competencies (Information/Personnel/Physical) or Information Technology/Information Assurance.\n5-10 years managing all aspects of large DoD/IC contracts.\nAdditional Information\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain all job duties required of the employee.
